Background

As the UK’s leading dental payment plan specialist, Denplan has around 2 million customers with over 6,600 member dentists and approximately 1.4 million patients across the country, as well as serving over 2,700 companies with employee benefit schemes.

Objective

Denplan wanted to increase brand awareness among dentists working in the UK, so they targeted online readers of the British Dental Journal through standard banner ads.  Pleased with the results of their brand awareness campaign, Denplan then wanted to shift the focus to maximizing visibility and user engagement.

Outcome

Denplan updated their British Dental Journal banner campaign to a rich-media format.  Within one month, Denplan increased user engagement by 100% when compared to the standard banner format.
