An Employer Hub showcases UM6P's research mission, facilities, and culture to prospective employees

Background

Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is a non-profit private research university located within the Green City of Benguerir, Morocco. UM6P is centered on applied research and innovations that focus on African development and solving the continent’s challenges. Key areas of research include Water, Agriculture, Material Sciences, Applied Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Nanoengineering, and Computer Science.

Recruitment and Employer Brand Strategy

Mohammed VI Polytechnic University was looking to raise its profile and global presence as a key research destination championing African development.

In September 2023, UM6P purchased a Nature Careers recruitment subscription with unlimited branded job postings. They added an Employer Hub, which enabled them to expand on the university’s mission and past accomplishments and highlight their research partnerships with accompanying photos and graphics.

The engaging layout of UM6P’s Employer Hub enables them to stand out from the competition and command the attention of potential recruiters with a comprehensive picture of their research aims.

Their commitment to excellence, collaboration, and their reactivity has greatly contributed to the success of UM6P projects with Nature Careers. What stands out is their attentive approach – they actively listen to our needs and react promptly to realize them. I look forward to continuing our fruitful collaboration in the future.”
